Silver Linings to Hold Grand Opening at CapeSpace

Silver Linings grand opening at CapeSpace

Silver Linings Home Care, an Agawam-based company, will celebrate the expansion of its services to Cape Cod with a grand opening on Tuesday, November 19, 5-7 pm, at its new offices at CapeSpace in Hyannis.

“We are so excited to become a part of the Cape community and provide another option to seniors who may need the type of personal care, attention, and expertise our company prides itself on,” owner Tania Spear said. “A number of our clients summer on the Cape so we saw this as a natural fit to grow and expand to a location where our services can be of value to those who want to safely age in place.”

Founded in 2014 in Western Massachusetts, Silver Linings provides an array of home care services that includes housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands, respite care, RN evaluations, and blood pressure checks. It also provides free nursing assessments and specializes in in-home hospice and dementia care.

Silver Linings recently added a second location at CapeSpace’s Hyannis branch at 100 Independence Drive.

CapeSpace President Robbin Orbison said the company is a perfect fit for her coworking facility. “One of the best parts of operating CapeSpace is watching our clients build their businesses and it’s so gratifying when we see them succeed,” Orbison said. “Tania is an example of a great entrepreneur who had a vision
and is bringing it to reality. I’m delighted that CapeSpace can be a part of it.”

The public is invited to learn more about Silver Linings’ history and its offerings at tomorrow’s grand opening which will include free refreshments. People can RSVP at either 508-815-2310 or

Silver Linings currently has a staff of roughly 25 full- and part-time employees which consists of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), home health aides, nurses, and companions.
