CapeSpace Health & Safety Statement

In accordance with CapeSpace’s goal to provide and maintain a workplace that is free of known health hazards, we are adopting this policy to safeguard the health of our employees and their families; our customers and visitors; and the community at large from infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, that may be reduced by vaccinations. This policy complies with all applicable laws and is based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Massachusetts government authorities, as applicable.

Employee Vaccination Policy

All of our employees are fully vaccinated.

Facemask Policy for Unvaccinated Individuals

All other CapeSpace users, including members, non-members and all of their respective guests, if not fully vaccinated, are required to wear a facemask in order to use our physical space.  Proof of full vaccination may be requested.

As set forth in our Rules and Regulations, all users of CapeSpace Services must ensure that their own guests comply with all CapeSpace policies.

Any unvaccinated individuals who are not willing to wear a facemask will not be permitted to use our space but may request cancellation and full refund for prepaid membership fees or reservation fees.

Other Health & Safety Measures

Our locations will continue to be protected by our fleet of Medical Grade HEPA air purification units. The Austin Air HEPA filter has been clinically proven to remove 95% of airborne particulate larger than 0.1 microns, which includes COVID-19. Our system of air purification units has been professionally designed and installed by High Efficiency and CRIMSON Medical to ensure 100% coverage of our facility. These units are effective not only against COVID-19 but other airborne pathogens and allergens as well, making our inside air among the purest in the region.

Our spaces will continue to be professionally cleaned regularly and we will continue to provide sanitation stations including hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.

We encourage everyone to observe common sense hygiene practices like handwashing at appropriate times.

These measures will help minimize potential spread not only of Covid but flu and other contagious bugs.
