In addition to the conference room, copy/print and passport credits detailed above, all standard dedicated private office plans include:
- Private, locking, fully furnished office (desk, adjustable task chair, storage pedestal and guest chairs)
- 24/7 access to your office
- Business mailing address with mail and packages delivered to your office
- Business name om lobby marquis (with six-month commitment and subject to availability)
- All utilities (except telephone)
- OpenCape fiber optic secure internet (Wi-Fi and Ethernet)
- Use of common areas (Business lounge, café, reception, copy/print areas)
- Receptionist concierge services during most business hours
- General cleaning (wastebaskets emptied as needed, surface cleaning a vacuuming as reasonably requested)
- Beverage bar with barista coffee drinks and teas
- Scanning and faxing
Setup Fees – One-time charge of $100 per desk plus $25 for each additional occupant in excess of the number of desks.
Office Sharing – Sharing or “hoteling” of a private office must be among members of the same company. No additional charge for up to four occupants, thereafter $20 per month per person in excess of four.
Keys – Each office comes with office keys equal to the number of desks in the office and furniture keys equal to the number of pieces of locking furniture in the office. Additional keys are $25 each. Lost key fee is $50 per lost key.
Custom Plans – The above services may not apply to custom plans.
Private office rates vary based on size, location of office, number of occupants, length of term, and other considerations. Rates quoted above are average rates for a standard rental agreement and may not apply in all cases.
