Your CapeSpace mailing address (or “virtual office”) is a real, commercial street address attached to a physical location that you can access as needed, along with lots of other amenities!

Setup Process: One-time fee of $35 per mailbox and addressee. We'll help you complete the required USPS Form 1583 and can notarize it for you onsite at no charge.
Additional Users: Add team members to your mailing address for a one-time setup fee of $35 and $20 monthly per person.
Commitment: Start with a 3-month minimum term, then enjoy month-to-month flexibility.
Annual Discount: Save 10% and skip setup fees when you pay annually in advance.
Cancellation: Simply provide 30 days' notice before your next renewal date. (Shorter notice periods will take effect at the end of the following renewal period.)
Standard Service: We handle normal mail volumes within your chosen plan.
Oversized Packages: For larger items, we'll contact you to arrange custom shipping or convenient pickup.
Scan Plan Details: Mail is opened and scanned by the next business day, kept secure, and responsibly shredded after two days. (Note: Envelopes are not included in scans.)
Check Depositing: We'll deposit checks for you within 24 hours, email you copies, and securely dispose of documents. Just $3 per deposit.
Documentation: Federal regulations require a notarized USPS Form 1583 for each addressee before mail service begins.
Service Limitations: Mail service is available to customers with a physical U.S. address and valid U.S. ID. We cannot forward mail internationally or to PO Boxes.
