Meet: Jeff Louzada

 Owner of Golden Cart Brands

“This business allows me to take my ideas on what I see is missing in certain niches and turn it into a product in a very short time.”

  1. What is your current occupation?

I run Golden Cart Brands which is a portfolio of branded physical products that are sold online.

  1. What do you love most about your job and why?

The ability to run an online business is extremely gratifying and flexible. I also use my imagination and creativity continuously as this business allows me to take my ideas on what I see is missing in certain niches and turn it into a product in a very short time.

  1. What has changed in your industry in the past five years?

Being a part of the E-Commerce industry is very exciting. With companies like Amazon creating a marketplace for 3rd party vendors, this gives someone like me the ability to sell to thousands of customers. Just in the past 5 years, we have seen companies release hardware that allows people to purchase with voice, one touch on their phones, or with a push of an actual physical button.

  1. How has CapeSpace improved your work life?

I really like how CapeSpace is laid out and opened. I feel a lot more productive being in an environment that is suited to people who are working and creating.

  1. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

I am always reading books and on the weekends I like to take on a project that is totally random and that I wouldn’t have done otherwise during the week. I am currently studying U.S history from the 1400’s

  1. What is your favorite place on Cape Cod?

I love going to the beaches during the summer with my friends and family. Also exploring and finding new places to eat is always enjoyable.

  1. If you could invite any three people living or dead to a dinner party who would they be and why?

Great question! I would invite Andrew Carnegie, John D. Rockefeller, and Thomas Edison. I studied their businesses and philosophies

  1. What is your superpower?

The knowledge I have gained over the last couple of years of taking an idea and turning it into a business has helped me and a lot of people I come in contact with. I have been involved with 8 different ventures some myself and mostly with others so the knowledge and experience I have accumulated can save someone who is just starting off a lot of time and headache
