Meet: Heidi Parent
Senior Customer Success Manager, Zift Solutions
“I love all of our new “coworkers”, there is an every changing landscape of faces. Everyone is very friendly and Anna and Robbin are amazing.”
1. What is your current occupation?
Senior Customer Success Manager I work with customers on program strategy and achieving their channel program goals.
2. What do you love most about your job & why?
I love my amazing and innovative coworkers, we’re kind of like the Brady Bunch…but everyone works together for success. I also love working with our clients, they are all quite different and have unique needs, they challenge me.
3. What has changed in your industry in the past five years?
I would be lying if I didn’t say our company has changed our industry a LOT in the past 5 years with 3 acquisitions and 1 merger in the same space, we have created an organization of the brightest minds and we are changing the landscape of automation for the channel.
4. How has CapeSpace improved your work life?
We (the Zift team) have been at CapeSpace for exactly 1 year and we are so grateful. Our old office was too big for the few Cape employees and was pretty boring and a bit dreary. I Love all of our new “coworkers”, there is an every changing landscape of faces. Everyone is very friendly and Anna and Robbin are amazing.
5. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
You would likely find me either teaching or taking a Yoga Class or attending a workshop or training, creating handmade cards or Ice Dancing
6. What is your favorite place on Cape Cod?
SNK = Sandy Neck beach.
7. If you could invite any three people living or dead to a dinner party who would they be and why?
Leonardo DaVinci (To know what he wished to accomplish but didn’t get to, and if the Shroud is his work), HH the Dalai Lama (for his amazing grace and that truly authentic laugh) & Robin Williams (because he left us too soon, and I would love to experience his interactions with the other two guests)
7. What is your superpower?
Being a MOM. And for what it’s worth…my co-workers voted me the person they’d most want to team up with in The Hunger Games (interpret as you will).
