Among the things that Fortune 500 CEOs can take advantage of that many small business entrepreneurs cannot is peer group support. That’s why Entrepreneurs Forever (eforever) established business-owner peer groups that are accessible to all entrepreneurs. Eforever peer groups provide a dedicated space for entrepreneurs to work on their business rather than in their business, encourage one another and resolve business challenges. Founded in 2014, eforever believes that when entrepreneurs stabilize and grow successful businesses, they build thriving communities.
Every month when peer group meetings occur, the power of peer-to-peer mentoring unleashes. With trustworthiness and rapport, entrepreneur members give each other the tough love that holds them accountable to move their businesses forward unlike any other resource. Entrepreneurs’ peer group experiences are documented monthly in member business articles. Take the experience of Andreina Viera, the owner of a back-office administrative company in Lawrence, Massachusetts:
“My peers encouraged me and helped me see invoicing differently. I’m helping my clients by sending the invoice because they know another responsibility that they have… And so that problem has been resolved.”
Peer groups now convene in 15 communities in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts (during the COVID-19 pandemic, groups are meeting virtually). In 2020, the eforever program partnered with EforAll, the startup business accelerator that turns dreams into businesses. EforAll alumni who have launched their businesses and have now been running them full time for 1+ years find renewed business support in their eforever peer groups (if they choose to join one). In Massachusetts’ communities where EforAll operates their program, eforever peer groups feature a mix of community businesses and EforAll alumni businesses.
Eforever invites interested business owners to learn more about our program at our “Caffeinate Your Company” events! Bring your coffee and find new energy to inject in your business. The next “Caffeinate Your Company” will be Friday, December 11, 2020, from 8:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. There will be optional networking afterward. Please register on Eventbrite!
