Included Benefits

• All mail service plans include:

  • Four hours per month to use the business lounge in the location of your mailing address

  • $30 per month in private room credits in the location of your mailing address

  • 20% member discounts on hourly and daily rentals of desks, offices and meeting rooms in any CapeSpace location

One Time Setup Fees

• There is a one-time setup fee of $35 per mailbox and per addressee

Additional Addressees

• Additional addressees may be added to your mailing address

• Fees per additional addressee:  One-time setup fee $35;  Monthly fee $20

Term Options & Cancellation

• There is a minimum initial term of three months.  Thereafter the plan will convert to month-to-month.

• Sign up for an annual term paid in advance and receive a 10% discount and waived setup fees.

• You may cancel with 30 days notice in advance of your next renewal date.  Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice will be effective at the end of the following renewal period.

Oversize Mail & Excessive Volume

• The forwarding and scanning services included in your plan assume normal and reasonable mail volumes.

• For oversized packages we will contact you to arrange either shipping with custom charges or by-appointment pickup.

Scan Plan

• Mail will be opened and contents will be scanned by the next business day after receipt.

• Envelopes will not be included

• Mail will be kept secure and shredded two days later

Check Depositing

• We can mail-deposit checks for you.  You simply provide us with a supply of deposit slips and your bank address.  We will mail deposits within 24 hours of receipt, email you copies of checks, deposit slips and remittance advice, and shred all paper documents.

• Fees for check depositing:  $3 per deposit

USPS Regulations

• We are required by the US Postal Service to collect from all mail customers a notarized USPS Form 1583 for each addressee.  We will help you complete the form and we can notarize it for you onsite free of charge, or you can use your own notary.  CapeSpace will not accept your mail until this form is completed and approved by us.  Once we have approved the form we will assign you a suite number and then you can begin using your new mailing address.

• CapeSpace will not accept mail service customers who do not have a physical address in the United States and a valid US passport and drivers’ license.  CapeSpace will not forward mail outside of the United States or to a PO Box or other virtual mailing address.

All services, rates and discounts are subject to change.  All use of CapeSpace services is subject to CapeSpace Terms and Conditions.  The full text of the Terms and Conditions is available on our website at www.capespace.com,and may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of CapeSpace LLC.  By using the Space or the CapeSpace Website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Rules and Regulations, and any Health and Safety Guidelines promulgated by CapeSpace, regardless of whether or not you have executed a License Agreement with CapeSpace
