As an instructor\, the question I ask myself is: How can I share mindfulness in a way that is SIGNIFICANTLY more fun than eating your vegetables? \nSimply put\, it comes down to Curiosity. By honing the skill of curiosity in the present moment we can allow ourselves to engage with the sights\, smells and bodily sensations unfolding in the here and now. What exists in this moment beneath the level of thought? \nIn this 30-minute session\, there will be a portion for guided and silent practice\, as well as a period for questions – bring on the curiosity!
